How can I request help?+

Use the Get Help form to share your contact information and current need. A team member will review your request, explain available options, and identify the best next step. Submitting a request does not guarantee enrollment or financial assistance.

How can landlords and community organizations partner with Bridge of Hope?+

Partners can help expand safe housing options, coordinate referrals, provide services, sponsor needs, or support community outreach. Use the Partner With Us form and our team will contact you to discuss the best way to collaborate.

Is financial assistance guaranteed?+

No. Assistance depends on program eligibility, funding availability, required documentation, and the specific circumstances of each household. Our team will clearly explain what is available and what documentation may be needed.

Can another organization refer someone?+

Yes. Community partners may use the referral form with the participant consent. Please include accurate contact information and a brief description of the requested support so our team can follow up.
